TO PROSPECTIVE/CURRENT CUSTOMERS: My 86 yr. old grandmother was a policyholder. I will preface this with, I am not a customer of Sentinel Insurance, nor have I ever been. However, if the interactions I've had with Barry M Kauffmann and his associates reflect the company and its view of its clients and products, I warn all to review your policies and your options elsewhere! My grandmother was a policyholder and cancelled her policy back in June 2020 due to finding a better policy elsewhere. I have been emailing and leaving messages with a representative of this office since then because we have not received any paperwork confirming her request or refund (she cancelled her insurance less than a month into the new policy period but made a payment for half the year).
