This is my experience, and I never leave reviews before, but this time I felt the need to help other people who are in my shoes. I was trying to find a plan to work with my Medicare, so I searched for a healthcare broker to supplement my Medicare. Mr. Hernandez was a game-changer; he helped me save money and get better coverage, including free bio-focus glasses. I'm so grateful I found him!

Lisseth Gil has been a blessing in guiding my mother in law(MIL) with her Medicare insurance. Medicare is so intimidating to navigate for English speaking seniors, it's double scary for non-English speaking folks. My MIL gets a sense of security when she calls Ms. Gil to answer her questions. She is always so happy after she speaks with her because she says Ms. Gil has an amazing way to explain things to her that makes sense. There's a whole lot of trust there. My MIL is Maria Vazquez.

Mr. Juan Mendez and his staff (Iris and Abby) did a great job in selecting my new PCP doctor. They never gave up until everything was set up. SeniorHealthpro is reliable, dependable in helping us senior citizens!

Scarlet is a Medicare agent dedicated to providing excellent service. Her recommendations have been helpful to me in starting the Medicare and Medicaid program. Scarlet keeps calling me to ask if I've already decided which state I'm going to move to this year. She follows up on my case with a friendly attitude.

These people are full of lies and deceptive. Called my senior mom and got her tangled up in a health care plan claiming it was free now needing to pay almost half of what she gets from social security. Eduardo got her information and lied to her with deceitful words to get her wrapped up in such a problem. Called the supervisor and got told I was uneducated for trying to file a complaint. These people are the lowest of the low, taking advantage of elders.
