Early in my broker career I had contracts with many uplines. As most of them were unable to provide real support, I looked for new uplines and then gradually migrated my business to SMS. I have been in the insurance and financial services business for over 50 years and the service that I get for my clients, prospects and me as their agent is second to none from John McQuaid from Senior Market Sales.

I've had these guys for approximately 6 years now and have the majority of my big Medicare appointments through them. There Lead Advantage Pro is a good CRM with a few flaws. I only use them on the Medicare side of the business, the life side was not a good experience on the few cases I submitted. Overall, I'm just not a big fan of the FMO Hiearchy. I don't buy leads, mailers, etc so I really get nothing out of them other than a CRM that limits me to their carriers and requires double or triple entry at times because of this. In addition, it has no email marketng capacity yet. The main reason I give them a 4 is Jack Calderon, my marketer. He's a great guy and always willing to help as much as he can.

As an independent health insurance broker, I expect my GA to be responsive to my needs, and offer everything I need to be successful. Senior Market Sales has been there for me with exceptional service for over 10 years. I have used other GA's that are not nearly as good. I highly recommend SMS!
