I had a very bad experience here with an “agent” (Jo). I had a very bad first impression when I arrived for the appointment, there were two HUGE dogs running freely around the office. I had to wait until she moved the dogs to another room. The dogs barked the whole time I was there. I was there to find a 2020 medical plan and she started the meeting by watching for another customer who was 30 minutes late for their appointment. They arrived and she started to rush through my questions and made me feel like I should come back later. She was extremely condescending to me and acted like she was a lot smarter and more knowledgeable than anybody. She took some information and said she would email me some quotes and made an appointment for a week later because she had nothing for me until then.

Great people to deal with. They understood my needs and steered me in the right direction. High highly recommend them.
