Staff was very responsive. Quotes were provided quickly. Policies offered significantly lowered my monthly premium.
Horrible customer service. Get the answering machine every time. Have to call back multiple times to get a response. When you do get a response they are quite rude. Couldn’t even cancel my policy correctly. Glad I cancelled before I ever had an actual claim to deal with through them.
The staff really helped me with all of my questions. They are very courteous. Got my insurances bundled and saved me money.
