Very poor customer service. They were consistently non-responsive and It took weeks of hounding them to get any changes made. I found cheaper, better coverage insurance through Progressive. I regret staying with them as long as I did, especially when I found out they let my insurance lapse from nonpayment instead of canceling like I requested.

Great Insurance Company, who wants to pay for insurance??? No one that I know of but everyone has to have some type of insurance, well almost every adult that is. This company is not your insurance company that will send you a check every six months, while they increase your premium every six months. However, they have your best interests and needs in mind. They will ask you if you want to see if there is cheaper coverage out there when your car and auto policies increase. Who is going to say no to that???
