Had three cases of olive oil and mayo drop approximately 10 feet up tip and land on the back of my head, neck, shoulders and off of my back three years ago. On Medicare now and it’s still showing as open. They said they closed it but the dates they sent were incorrect and they absolutely did not close it. Sent email after email, left voicemails. Kroger delivery truck, hit and damaged our parked vehicle while delivering our groceries then left without saying anything. We have photos and videos. This happened back in April and we have never, not once received one phone call back about this case. We have called Kroger/sedgwick claims department over 30 times.

Lots of nice people that are super helpful.. most of the time. I don't want to say one bad apple spoils the bunch but it's really frustrating when people say they will email things, only for you to remind them to send it again at a later date. I got really screwed taking time off of work relying too much on them to provide the promised pay because I didn't sign a document saying that they could, only because I never received it in the first place. Other than that they worked with me and allowed me to send pictures to them very easily. I couldn't log onto my Sedgwick account and tried to get help with that, but to no avail. I've had some really great experiences and some really horrible ones, I suppose it's just like most places it depends on who you get as your point person or agen. It also depends largely on the company that they're working for. Most lawyers will take your case and your defense and you don't pay anything unless you receive a judgment in your favor. A good lawyer will make or break you in the end.
