I’d leave a zero starts review if I could. This is the worst property insurance company. I have videos, photos to prove I’m entitled to compensation. They responded to my first two emails and then nothing!! It has been 3 months nobody answer a phone or call me back. I’m in the point where I’m leaving daily voicemails and emails.

If you're not wanting to pay for your negligence then this is the company for you. Don't want to pay claims and if you are lucky enough to get a payment it's always to late.

0 Stars if it was possible. They managed to mess up my pay while going through cancer treatment, 1000s of dollars of medical bills and can't even fix it until 2 weeks from now, won't be able to pay mortgage, bills etc because of THEIR MISTAKE. All while Dr office and I kept them up to date with everything....disgraceful!

One thing I must say is if you are dealing with this company please make sure you are on top of things from start to end. Make sure you keep a paper trail and not always communicating via phone(even though they say calls are recorded). Take pictures of everything and take note of every rep. you speak too. Use the "communication Center" as much as you can. Its easy for them to get behind and hire people with not-so-great training before they take such serious calls. They are dealing with peoples livelihood and recently I dont think there is an urgency to assist like they use to. Overall it is what it is and just do your part as much as you can.

No one from this company returns emails, phone calls, or any communication. I submitted my paperwork and even submitted a web based message and nothing. I want information about my claim...
