When Mr. P.D Bryan entered my home, he was welcoming, and unfailing polite. (old fashioned manners in danger of dying out). He was well-spoken and good-natured. His interest in my matter was unexpected and meaningful. After I was orientated about Security Plan's Policies. He offered me a fantastic budget-friendly plan that I was agreeable with. I was particularly impressed with his personal endorsement of Security Plan. He is a highly capable person, use him wisely. In every way I had a positive experience. The last three payments I mailed in I had to keep calling to get my book back and check cashed . The last time they returned my book nothing marked as paid and kept my check. I wonder about their integrity when I questioned them they didn't believe me and I had to send a picture of my book and the envelope it was sent in. I just sent in a check over a week ago and they still have not processed my check.

Been having insurance with this company for 30 yrs, it was good at first until Katrina then they wants to change everything. Tired of having different agent I have to deal with, don't know if they was stealing money or what, every other month they saying you don't have enough insurance.

Very unhappy with the mess-up on the change in phone numbers with no notice. Took a while to get my agent on the phone in order to send my payment book back to me.

Insurance is not offering a whole lot, for your money. I wished I would've shopped around. Before I invested too much to even start over at this time. Too bad they don't transfer what you put in.
