They provide excellent customer service and are always there to help with any queries or issues. One star is honestly too nice of a review. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with this company or this agent. Especially if you have a barn or any other old outbuildings. They will inspect them with greater detail than the house and demand unreasonable repairs be done for it just being a barn. Then they will give you a unreasonable time frame to have it all done without any consideration to the fact its the middle of winter. Then tell your your policy will be canceled in the dead middle of winter before you can even get to do the work on these buildings outside. The icing on the cake is they will cancel your policy prematurely before the date they said it would be canceled! Please think twice about doing business with them. The agents response was they so strict to keep the price
