I started with Karen many years ago when she was connected with the Sons of Norway. She helped me with a long-term care policy at that time; and then when I retired, she helped me again with other insurance needs. It has now been nearly ten years since I retired and every year I still need her ear👂 to hear me and advise me (and my husband!). Karen really knows insurance, she now represents many companies. My husband and I were completely overwhelmed while trying to navigate through the Medicare and supplemental insurance maze on our own. We were referred to Karen by my husband's former employer, and she has been most helpful. She explained everything in terms that we understood and answered our many questions. Karen met with me and my mom to help her switch Medicare plans after Mom's move to Florida. Karen had researched and prepared supplement plans that met our needs, and we really enjoyed meeting with her while she facilitated this change. BUT we found out during our meeting that Mom's plans were only available through a third party due to her work's retirement plan, and that Karen was unable to work with us. Despite this, Karen still recommended excellent plans and worked with our representatives on the phone to help us out the best that she could. We were gutted that she spent so much time with us and that we couldn't purchase plans though her. What an amazing lady! Highly recommended, and we will still return to her for other services.

I have had Karen do my insurance choices since I turned 65 (8 yrs). I tell her my wants and needs and she always does a fantastic job at getting me the best she can. I don't have to worry about trying to figure out and deal with the aggravation of finding a good insurance, she does all the hard work for me. She is great!
