Sean Crider - State Farm Insurance Agent

If minus stars were available I would use them. This agency is deceitful, and unreliable. They should not be allowed to use STATE FARM name. They told me I was going to be nonrenewed , and would need to obtain insurance through Fair Plan that would only insure my $400k home for $200k? that did not sit well with me so I contacted State Farm Corporate. Not only was I NOT being NON RENEWED, The AGENCY did a CANCEL/REWRITE & LIED TO US!! State Farm Corporate REISSUED our home and we TRANSFERRED to another agency. I Would NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY TO FEED MY PIGS!! I suggest youbCHANGE AGENTS ASAP!! They are not working for their clients Best Interests!! TRUST ME WE HAVE LIVED THROUGH HELL ON EARTH!! YES!! I also have a CLAIM WITH MISSOURI INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TOO!! I AM ALMOST CERTAIN I AM NO

Sean Crider really has been my "good neighbor." (He's never shown up to my house in khakis, but I've also never sang the song.) Sean and more than one person in his team have truly gone above and beyond to both explain our policies and help us craft one we were comfortable with. I've never felt pushed to pay for something I didn't think I needed. And all those confusing and nuanced insurance terms and scenarios? Sean took the time to sit down with me and my wife to explain everything we wanted to know. 10/10, happy to recommend.
