Sea to Sky Insurance

Matthew Gardner with Sea to Sky insurance has completely disappeared. Also known as Premier Group Insurance. I have been trying to get a hold of for days if not weeks. He and Yuli have vanished. I cannot currently cancel current policy without him starting process with Safeco. I am working diligently with Safeco but it’s like pulling teeth. I will contact the division of insurance as well to file complaints. Perhaps contact liberty mutual as well, as they own Safeco.

My insurance just cancelled my home insurance policy, and Matthew is unreachable. He has been unreachable for over a year. He put on a wonderful presentation but then… I was wondering if he was ill, or ok, but I see here he is still getting positive reviews for writing new policies so.

Same story as most of the latest reviews. I am trying to cancel my policy and am unable to reach Matt. I did have luck calling the insurance company directly and explaining my situation. For any prospective customers - Stay Away

Awful experience. Wish I could give zero stars. They were mostly fine when picking the policy and then went straight down hill. You cannot get a hold of them on any number, email or even insurance company return call request. And to top it off the address isn't their office they don't exist. They do not update what they should when policy/companies change hands and because of how the system works having an agent means you can't help yourself by calling your insurance company so you end up running around in circles pleading for help to get things fixed so your policy gets paid. To add to it found a link to schedule a meeting but the meeting has no way to join and of course trying to contact them is impossible. This whole situation is a complete and total joke, worst customer service exper

I’ve known Matthew Gardner for 15 years, and he’s been my family’s risk management consultant and insurance broker for much of that time. He’s done an outstanding job protecting our assets, including property, liability, and flood coverage for our primary residence in Florida, plus investment properties in Colorado. He also made sure we have the right coverage for our high-end automobiles and yacht. Matthew truly knows his stuff. In today’s tough insurance market, you should feel lucky if he’s willing to take you on as a client. Highly recommended!
