Absolutely terrible. I’ve used them for 13+ years as soon as I put a claim in they don’t wanna pay it. 8 months goes by and they finally total the truck and still wanted me pay all the fees and payments while it sat at the body shop for 8 months. Use anyone else. Nobody will help you when needed and he’ll just tell you there’s nothing else he can do. Terrible

SE Snyder insurance agency took super good care of me for almost a decade! Anytime I called my questions were answered clearly and professionally and I always felt welcomed. They’ve seen me through three cars, from a teen to a young adult, and when it was time for me to move Diane made sure I was informed on what steps I needed to take and I felt assured through every step. I highly recommend SE Snyder insurance agency, and if I ever return to Pennsylvania I will look forward to returning to this agent!

I've been with SE Snyder insurance for years, maybe 10 or so by now. I've interacted with Mr. Snyder both professionally and personally and can vouch for him without question on both fronts. He is friendly and kind, and the his company is run very well...mostly family! I have multiple policies with him and they are reviewed in great detail each time I call with questions, which is great and keeps me at peace knowing my coverage is appropriate! Anyway, I appreciate the company's style--small in staff and very personable--and I have total confidence in SE Snyder professionally--HIGHLY knowledgeable and detailed.

Overall, we have a great policy with Erie. Not sure we'd find better home owners insurance anywhere else for what we pay. That said, we didn't feel like we were treated as loyal customers (10 yrs for me; 24 total including my wife's original policy). It seemed like we were getting the run-around when we still hadn't had a policy written for our new prospective home nearly a month before closing. Very frustrating process; apparently it was due to the age of the roof 26 yrs). We now have strict deadlines for when the new roof is needed before coverage is dropped and a $5,000 deductible until then. Would you say that's fair for people who have never filed a claim?

I have been insured by steer since I started driving. Now that I own a business they handle all my insurance needs . Dan and team are great wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
