We have been working with Scott Richter's agency for over 26 years. During this time, we've had many questions answered, changes to our policies, additions to coverages, claims to file, etc. We've been able to contact Scott's office and work with one of his associates or another very quickly and efficiently. By email or by phone, we always get a quick response and we're treated with friendly kindness and respect. We insure everything through Scott's office to include home owners insurance and life insurance. Very professional, yet easily approachable and happy to help. If they don't have an answer right then, they have always followed through and provided assistance quickly. Solid and dependable service every time. That's peace of mind for me.
