My insurance rate increased from $165 to $236, even though I’ve had a clean driving record and no tickets during this time. When I asked the representative why it went up, he said it was out of his control. When I followed up and questioned it further, he hung up on me. For context, the total value of both cars I have insured is around $3,000 since I’m still a college student. Charging $236 per month for basic liability coverage on cars worth that little is ridiculous. I do not recommend doing business with these people

I had to quote around because my previous insurance company has increased my premium significantly.
