Recently contacted my state farm agent to see if there were any adjustments I could make to help lower my month auto insurance cost. I spoke with Kimberly Reavis and she was able to save me $100 a month. Much appreciated! I also, had some other questions about some things the I didn't quite understand about the auto insurance world. She took the time to answer each and everyone with grace. You know I thought I found a blessing for me and my family with this company right here the State farm on pine you know they gave me quotes and good prices at that they gave me hope well I called back to start the policy and now they're telling me that I'm being denied because of a fender bender that happened in July even though when I was giving the quotes they had already seen it. Defender was so minor there's no marks on my vehicle or her it was the only accident that we had or any claim we had in about 10 years.. so I had stopped calling around getting close because I had decided to go with them why give me quotes and tell me I can start the policy to just take it away very bad business and very unprofessional. My mom is the one who referred me but she will also be changing her car
