Scot Suess - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently moved to a new apt and the Landlord requires every tenant have Renters Insurance. My initial call was to an Insurance agency known for low rates. They dont even DO Renters or Home Owner Insurance in this state! Low rates maybe, Low level of Service-definitely. I then called the only other agency I am familiar with, Scot Sue's at State Farm. Eric at the office was a great communicator! He went 9ver my options and explained all the Why's & How's for me right over the phone. I had the coverage required by my landlord in under 15 minutes and actually enjoyed learning a little about Eric as well. DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS 👍

Eric was great with getting us a speedy quote for both our home and auto. His timing was perfect as well since I forgot to give him a call back. So far it's been super easy to switch to state farm and the rates were better Then our previous.

Eric Gahr, State Farm Agent searched the needed steps to transfer my car insurance from another state to Minnesota. He came back with all the steps set up, the cost, the payment options and a few good jokes! He asked me a few questions for future insurance needs. And thanked me. I don't think I got a "thank you" of any kind from the former agent, just from the staff that did all the work.
