When we moved to Wellsville NY in 2019 the Schenk & Miles Agency helped us with our home owners policy guidelines. Since then, we now have "bundled" all of our insurance polices thru them. When the need arises, information, advice or filing a claim, we head right to their office, situations get solved. Thank you.
They were extremely accommodating. Easy to make appointment at my convenience. They were honest and helpful. After all that, I saved 200 a year less on my car and home insurance from old insurance company.
I don't typically leave reviews, however my experience with Michelle and everyone at the Friendship office has went above and beyond anyone I've ever used. I highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could!
Have been trying to work with them for months on insurance and have had absolutely no response. When I call Michelle says she will call me the next day and nothing. Definitely time to switch companies.
