Completely Unprofessional. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I had an interaction with “Linda” who went through the process of creating my quote only to sit on it for days. She told me it had to go through the underwriting process and that she sent it off for that but when i called the office 4 days later she is telling me she’s not sure who I spoke to last but that whoever it was they didn’t do anything with the quote. I received no email communications regarding this quote for almost a week because she doesn’t know how to do her job and in the process has wasted my precious time. If you don’t value your time that is one thing but NEVER waste my time.

Don’t waste your time or energy dealing with the pathetically incompetent linda. i’ve never met a worse person.

Very helpful and welcoming the agent took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I’m very satisfied 😊
