Worst insurance I’ve ever had. They doubled my insurance for no reason and when I tried to cancel, they stopped answering my phone calls. I had to literally call from a Google voice number and they answered right away. And then they tried to pretend like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve cancelled car insurance before but it was never such a horrible experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They were great and helpful while opening an insurance policy for my auto and home but when it came to cancelling, they wouldn't accept electronically signed form, I tried both auto generated digital signatures and manual esign with iPad/pencil, they gave me a hard time. They were adamant on a wet signature. When moving houses cancelling your existing policy is least on your mind and I was so annoyed that they dragged it so much. On the contrary they were happy to accept a esign while opening the policy. There was no other way to cancel the policy, I tried it all, calling , emailing ...at the end had to fold to their wet signature request. I file my taxes with esign, you think you're better than the IRS.

I have had Insurance from Satwant Singh Allied Insurance for my car and house for the last 3 years and I am really happy with them not just with the rates that they offer but with amazing the service they provide. The complete team is very proactive, responsive and courteous. Mr. Satwant Singh himself is really knowledgeable and provides guidance in case you call him. A big 👍🏻 to him and his team!!

I have really bad experience with the insurance companies in the past. They increased my premium $600 in 2 years without any reason and I called few times but no help was provided so I decided to switch my Insurance to diff. company as I was looking for an alternative, I came across Satwant insurance and I was surprised to see how professional, detail oriented and Knowledgeable Mr Sam(Satwant) is, His very well trained and professional group of people are always ready to help you. I like they are open on weekends and they answered my call on Saturday 8pm. They helped me to provide my ID card because I had minor accident also guided me in that situation. Good thing is Satwant and his after hour staff member stayed with me on the call to tow my car and helped to file claim. Great service guys.
