Spoke with Kim about obtaining auto insurance for my son in Virginia. She was extremely helpful in determining when the best time would be to apply. He has tickets that will come off his record after 3 years, so we will be following up in March to determine what the cost will be. Had an accident, called Sarah and she laid out the procedures I needed to take. I got an estimate and went to her office with the estimate and we contacted the claims department together. They asked some pertinent questions and issued a claim number. They were very professional, cordial and efficient. Thank you for making the process manageable.
