Sara Lahti - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with State Farm and Sara Lahti since moving into the area several years ago, and everyone has always been really friendly and happy to help answer any questions we have. We went in recently to add a new vehicle to the policy and update renter's insurance, and Sam helped us get more coverage at no extra cost, and Sherry was really helpful at explaining what all we might want to consider when choosing coverage amounts. Overall, I've been really happy with them and would recommend looking into what they offer.

This office has great people, they do whatever they can to help me understand something if it's confusing to me. This is the only statefarm office I will use. Calumet office doesn't answer their phone or return calls. I was transfered to them when management changed and I switched back after a month of being with deans office bc I couldn't get any help or calls back when my car was totaled. I'd give this office 10 stars if I could

I have been with State Farm in Hancock since 1981for both car and renters insurance. Now I live downstate but kept Mike Lahti as my agent. In August of this year I had an accident and I called and talked to Sherry. Everything was set into motion immediately. Gentile’s Collison in Shelby Twp Mi did A beautiful job. State Farm is the BEST!!

Good customer service. Sam is genuinely nice and have patience to answer questions about the policies. I will definitely recommend State farm for your insurance

As a first time auto insurance customer I wasn't looking forward to the process but Sam was so friendly and a huge help! I look forward to working with this State Farm office!
