If I were to use one word to describe my experience with this office after a recent call, it would be "refreshing". They might not always get to your call the first time, but they are sure to follow up! Their motto is "Insuring Interests, Protecting People", and I think they make a great effort to stand by it! Special thanks to Aaron! He patiently helped me to gain a comprehensive understanding of my rates, down to the numbers, even as I asked many questions and considered different quotes. He also did not push offers of no interest to me yet still provided sufficient detail for me to reject them with costs considered. Listen, we got a lot of options for car insurance, something we don't think about 99% of the time. You might not think it matters who you go to, because it's all the same policy in the end, right? Wrong. Sanjay is the best insurance agent I've ever worked with, and I'm basing it solely on the fact of how nice he is and the fact that we set up my policy almost entirely through text messages. You CANNOT beat that.

I hate this place if sanjay is your agent ask to be transferred to someone else.. If you call their phone no one ever pics up.. So i went to the location on falls rd and it was abandoned . i emailed them and never got a respone. I had to contact allstate personally to get results. A non agent of mine lowered my payment buy 100 dollars where as sanjay and staff just took my money.. My advise dont even give them a chance to screw you.. If there were negative stars they'd get them.

They never call you back and raise ur insurance for no reason!!!!! My agent supose to be good🤣! He not, never even notifies me or explain why they raised my insurance over 50.00! They is not a just reason!

In 33 years literally the worst agent I ever had I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to him you can’t get in contact with him he’s never available no one’s ever in the office no one ever answers the phone they don’t return calls they don’t return emails you’re pretty much on your own I had to go to another it’s Allstate insurance agent to even help me up the road from my own agent because he wasn’t available
