This place is ridiculous , I walked in. I was quoted and I gave my down payment, which seemed odd because other places quoted me a different price but thinking to myself since I Was referred here.I was getting Quoted a good price. Like they say “too good to be true”. I had two cars on my policy in which one of details to my car was wrong. My car was outside my job where I work and I got off work to find out my car had been hit. I immediately called Sanchez Insurance and spoke to the girl who quoted me Just to find out my car wasn’t covered. She then transferred me to the manager there and he didn’t know anything so at this point I figured. Let me drive up there and see what’s going on. This is one of the worst locations I have been at. There is no reason to be in a Drive-Thru line for a minimum of 30 minutes. And when they take your order they have no patience and before you finish completing your order they're already asking what else do you want. I have never been to this location and have to wait for so long and drive-thru.

Has been our go to place for more than 10 years. Letty is the best
