After having insurance with Geico for many years we recently switched to State Farm. When shopping for prospective new companies I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda here in Pooler. She was very courteous and prompt with our quotes for a bundle package (new home and auto). She made herself available for questions and we always felt at ease with her. We made the switch in early Sep 2025. Since then, I have had the pleasure of also interacting with Lucy, another very pleasant and helpful young lady who works in the local office. We needed to clear up a couple of minor issues with the new policies and Lucy was very responsive and cleared the issues immediately. It is nice to have them in our corner. Both of these ladies are great ambassadors for Sam Sharpe and State Farm Insurance.

Austin Powell is the reason I stuck with State Farm for almost 6 years now. Since being a customer here Austin is the only agent I would work with because his level of professionalism and attention to detail is top tier.
