Noah called to set up an annual policy review. This is the only agency that has ever taken the time to do this in my 60 years of driving. we reviewed my policy decisions, he informed me of price adjustments, and how I can reduce my insurance premium. Now it is up to me to do the work required. I do have some control over my rates!

Noah Patterson made a rude and aggressive remark during a phone call. This remark was regarding a personal decision I made that had no bearing on and zero applicability to the topic at hand, namely the type of coverage for monthly auto-coverage. In fact, he made an assumption about providing the same coverage on my new vehicle that was also on my other vehicles, even though I never said I wanted identical coverage, nor did he ask me if I wanted coverage the same or different. Once I stated that he should've asked what type of coverage I wanted, instead of assuming the same as prior vehicles, he chided me for a personal decision that was frankly none of his business and not his place. I love this Location! They are so personal and they really care. They aren’t like other insurance companies who try to sell you everything. They really make sure you understand what your policy is and help you with anything you need. Sam has been nothing short of Amazing! We have our vehicles and home insured through Sam and he was super helpful when we moved and making sure we understood our coverage and is always quick to respond. Most recently my husband was in a car accident and Sam walked us through every step and when things weren’t going as expected with the other company he took over and made things right and took all the stress off of us! He helped arrange for us to get out rental and get the claim moving. Sam and his team were very helpful in getting my policies set up and changed a few times when needed and explained what the benefits of State Farm were before getting the policies. Where this team truly excelled was after the sale, when I was most in need after having an auto claim while on 1000 mile road trip. I hit a pothole that ended up causing over $7000 in damages, but the hardest part was being stranded half way between home and my vacation destination. Sam and his team helped to take care of my needs and also worked with the claims department to see how else to move the process along faster.
