Literally the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Takes weeks to respond and eventually just stopped responding altogether. Only after I've lodged a formal complaint are they now interested in speaking with me to resolve an issue related to a discount that should have been applied months ago. This agency alone has made me question whether or not to even continue using state farm as my insurance carrier. If/when I do leave for another insurance carrier it will be directly because of this office/agent's lack of concern or even having the courtesy to respond to their customer(s)
This office is always been wonderful. Recently got in a wreck everyone has been quick to get everything takin care of we're out of state and everything has been smooth love this office and statefarm.
Sam and the girls are the greatest!
