Top notch staff with outstanding customer service , I normally deal with Lenny but the entire staff is excellent . I highly recommend this agency I was with USAA prior to Allstate and they have exceeded all my expectations and are always looking to make the customers experience a great one. Ms Lenny is a warm and a compassionate Allstate insurance agent. when I first signed up with their agency at Lexus dealership several years ago, I never knew that I would stay with Allstate more than the first six months. However, her great personalty, excellent knowledge ofAuto- insurance and professionalism, couple with her wonderful customer service prowess makes me feel completely comfortable with their agency. I have been with her agency since 2015, and I have added two more vehicles to my initial policy. I whole heartedly recommend her for commendation as an excellent Allstate Insurance representative.

I have Always had an excellent experience with Lenny Song. I will never get over the fact that my Home Owners Insurance was cancelled years ago for being in a flood zone. That was ridiculous especially when my neighbor wasn't cancelled. I have since then been asked to take out another homeowners insurance policy which I will never do again. I have realized we are just a number to you. That's sad.
