I called Saguaro Insurance today to obtain a copy of liability insurance and automobile insurance for a vendor that works on one of my properties. Not only was the woman who answered the phone unprofessional, it got worse when I spoke with Leonard. When I explained to him that I had not recieve a copy of the certificate, he got extremely defensive and started naming off dates that he had faxed it before. I asked him if he had sent to anyone's attention and of course he said no. Working for a company with 400 employees, you can imagine how it may be difficult to get to the person that actually needs it. I asked him to email it to me and as you may expect, he does not have a scanner on his desk. After a little begging I was able to get him to fax it to my attention but he mumbled under
