If I could give 0 stars I would. I added a vehicle on my policy and was quoted "$0" for the down payment, later on they decided to issue a down payment amount after adding the vehicle, and then issuing a cancelation if the balance for the down payment isn't paid. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

Our car was struck here at home the police did a crash report as well as a criminal report as it was a hit and run. Safe way said that our car was moving when it happened. Total is. If I could I would have given 0 stars

Advertising does not match results. They are just like all the other sites, only quote the BIG 5/6 companies. There are at least 100 auto insurance companies in the US.

Worst insurance ever!!! Their client hit my daughter, they totaled her car. Gave her way under value for it and only offered her $150 for pain and suffering! Lucy Duque, the claim representative is unprofessional and very rude!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have a lawyer and they will be giving my daughter more than $150. She lost her car, house, job and had to move back home all over their client hitting her!🤬

They pay for my hail damage and other collisions no problems
