Mrs. Martinez has been great about getting all she needs to know about the situation and presents me with the best insurance option that best meets my needs, and with great rates! She is always available for any questions I may have. I highly recommend this agency. I have been with them for 7 years and i am very happy with their service !

She is the best! We also have our business insurance with Safeguard, and Mrs. Cindy Dyer is always helping me to get all our certificates on time and the best quotes. She is also the best commercial insurance agent to work with. I recommend both of these two ladies.

Called on a Friday morning to inquire about a home insurance policy... was quoted on the phone instantly. When I asked further questions about how they came up with the pricing (in an effort to reduce the premium), they seemed to have lost interest in my business and stopped answering my calls. Update: branch manager called me after reading Google review to apologize for ghosting. Updated review from one to 3 star. Still went with another insurance carrier for now.
