Safeco Insurance TX

I own about 20 rental properties across the US and USI Southwest handles only one of my properties (in San Angelo, TX). We had renters in the property who left and we were in the process of finding another tenant (and were doing more work on the property with idea of potentially selling) and they (Becky) called me and started hammering me about it being vacant. Next thing i know, she slaps me with an increase on my rates due to it being vacant. I told her it was obscene as it's NORMAL to have a property go vacant while you are finding new tenants. She obviously was trying to get more money out of us and thus we had to pay the overage. I have NEVER had a insurance broker so work against their client like they did. My advice, stay away from these guys. They do not have your best inter
