The ladies at Safe Harbor are a blessing to our family. My elderly family member has had insurance with them for years. As she has aged her memory is not what it once was. Terrible ! Issued a binder for 1 year but then the policy was dated a month earlier than the date on the binder effectively cutting off my insurance. When I called reach older women who couldn't hear very well. Poor customer service

Not impressed. Refused to give quote unless I provided my current premium price
