Ryan Pogue: Allstate Insurance

My husband got a new truck and his dealer called to add it effective 4/26/25. The insurance cards came over effective 5/3/25. My husband called to have it changed and the office said it would take a week. What!!!! Now we have a new truck sitting in our driveway until 5/3/25. We have been a loyal customer of Allstate for over 25 years but this did it.

Had the misfortune of having an accident and needing to file an insurance claim and I will have to say that I have never had a better experience, everything went flawlessly and Ryan's team actually reached out to us to see if everything was going well even after buying a new car to replace the one lost in an accident. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan's team to anyone looking for insurance, be it for house or auto!!! During our time of very high stress at the loss of our sole transportation they took all the stress away. Thank you guys, your concern and assistance in getting us back on track was very much appreciated!!!

Very friendly and accommodating to our schedules. I changed Allstate agent due to lack of returning phone call when purchasing a new car and need a temporary registration. I have been with Allstate 45 years and I almost changed companies because of her uncaring. But husband suggested we get a new agent. Ryan and team do an amazing job of getting the insurance side of your life situated and there is no scenario that is too difficult for them, they have handled everything I've thrown at them! Insurance is not something you normally want to talk about but Ryan makes it easy and understandable and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the service(s) provided!
