Finally! After utilizing the services, or lack thereof, from three different local agencies (a State Farm agent, a Goosehead agent, and a Farmers agent), I finally found an agency that seems to genuinely care about me. Each time, it was challenging to get the agency to actually listen to me or return my multiple messages. And each time I canceled and cited that complaint, they acted shocked. I think I finally hit the jackpot with this American Family agency, especially Sherry. She has been truly exceptional. She’s warm, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and relatable. I hope I’ll never have to make a claim, but if I do, I have every confidence that it will be handled with the appropriate care and responsiveness.
