Ryan Bowler: Allstate Insurance

My experience with Allstate was the biggest problem. Back when it was Tillson I couldn't have gotten in contact with them for months. So I switched carriers now! They are Charging me a 55 dollar fee!! For what? What services have your provided to request such a fee!?

The automated calling is not working properly. I texted and then the secretary left me a message, telling me to say the word "agent". Thank you! I did not receive a payment stub on my statement. The directions for paying were all online-based. We wanted to mail a check. The secretary told me we could just mail a check. So if you can fix up those two areas, it would be very helpful for your clients!

My experience with Allstate has been disappointing. My car insurance was already way too high, but then they raised it even more! I feel that it was a disgrace that they wanted me to continue to use Drivewise even after my initial signup. There is no reason that at my age, with my years of driving and driving record that I should be paying over $300 a month even with bundling my homeowners insurance.

Ryan is really nice and does everything for you to switch to Allstate. The rates were lower and he actually talks to you like a human being instead of just another customer. I recommend everyone to switch there car insurance with Ryan!
