Sorry. Cant post a good review. Person who answered the phone seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me (perhaps because I called on lunch?). I called an agent because I assumed it would be hard to get coverage on my own after getting a non-renewal from my insurance because my husband and I each had one deer accident and one hail claim within the last 3 years (which by the way was our entire driving record for 30 years). Anyway, the person that answered was very unhelpful, offered zero sympathy, just said- highly unlikely I can get you coverage - really? You’re an agent but I guess your company only works with people that have never had a claim? Nice way to do business. Called a single insurance company myself. Got the exact coverage I had for $120 less a month - YES per month. I

I received a brochure for your company in the mail. I decided to make the phone call I was pleasantly surprised when Jim answered the phone himself. He quickly and professionally answered all my questions. I agree to submit my current policy information. Jim very quickly got back to me with pricing and coverage that was better than what I was currently receiving . Jim made the transfer of policies from one company to another very easy . Coming from Geico I never thought I would be able to get LOWER rates but Kelly did an amazing job helping me. Having a local agent who actually cares and stays in regular contact is something I never thought I'd have the luxury of. They have sent holiday cards, birthday cards it's nice knowing if I ever need them they are there.
