This year my Cleburne State Farm agent retired, and I was reassigned to Ruhama McCoy in Alvarado. We had a bad hailstorm in March, and I had roof damage to 3 of my homes. State Farm assigned 3 different adjusters to the 3 homes. Ruhama helped out above and beyond as the 3 adjusters would get the homes mixed up or advise that I didn't have a Gazebo in the back yard. Ruhama came out to the house and took a video by walking through the house and walking down to the Gazebo proving that we had a damaged Gazebo. Ruhama was so helpful. Thank you.
