Not only did my agent give me details as to what my policy covered, but he read the policy I had by another company which stated that, under certain circumstances, I was not covered. When confronted, the other company confirmed that issue, even though they had added a policy to cover the issue, or so I was lead to believe. With RSS Ins., I might be paying a couple hundred dollars more, but at least I'm covered AND have been dealt with honestly.

Have had insurance with them. Just got my renewal policy from them. Caught they have us listed as no building on the building insurance. Found out we have no insurance basically and their answer is to reapply to them for possible insurance coverage. Been paying them for years. Must be how they got good prices. Don't actually insure anything.
