We worked with Nash in this office. Completely horrible at communication. Left out details and important information. We were billed an unexpected amount of almost 5K from Liberty Mutual. He had nothing to say. Still has nothing to say. Edited to respond: It was our first year of Insurance with Liberty Mutual. Nash did not even attempt to ask all the required information needed to give a fair estimate of the cost. Since he did not do his part, he did not give any details, he didn't even mention we would owe any thing more. Surprise! A bill for almost 5k. Horrible service. We contacted him several times for help and gave opportunity to correct. He pretty much just said this is how works (thanks for letting us know before hand). We insured with another company through Nash. He

Called in today to see if they were comparable to other auto company premiums... needless to say after talking with Hollie and supplying her with the information she requested she got me set up with them on insurance in an hour! With a Better rate PLUS better coverage than previous insurers!!

Great place to have insurance with, And Beverly is the best, always very helpful & go's above and beyond to make sure you get the insurance you want.
