Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service provided. Eighteen years of paying for insurance, no claims and just getting my roof inspected has turned into a four week delay due to cancellations by Allstate. Absolutely the worst experience I have had dealing with an insurance company. Finally got the roof inspected after a month delay. Now I will pay out of pocket for all repairs. WHAT A SCAM!!!!
