I received a notice of lapsed insurance from the State. I did not know my CC auto pay stopped. A disconnect happened on updated information. Ellie immediately reassured me this was fixable. We had some issues with Dept Of Motor Vehicles, called State Farm and Cindy Powers helped me get through it. She is very professional, courteous and experienced. She showed great patience with me and faxing information over to the DMV. I had to make several calls to her regarding information i had to gather, she resolved the issue for us with no problem.

I was totally confused today when, while going through some unopened mail, I found an insurance renewal notice for our vehicle. It was for a higher premium that I had paid two weeks ago, and to be effective 10 October. I called the Ron Smith office and had the pleasure of being connected to Ellie Traver. I gave her my name and offered to give the policy number, but she replied "I already have you on my screen." Gee, no need for birth date, color of eyes, etc., such as is so common these days. Ellie quickly explained that, due to policy adjustment, our premium had been lowered, that I had paid the correct premium, and that we are covered until April.
