Had insurance for 2 months maybe not even. Everything was fine & then get a letter that I'm being canceled. Called my agent Kiram dont know how to spell her name but she was gonna look into it never heard from her. Called a couple times then the phone would ring then hang up tried a different phone same thing. Then got a hold of her she was looking into to then gave me some new that didnt make sense that Im missing payments which how when I just started with them & my credit score was low so they were gonna refer me to someone else. She was suppose to call me with a quote she didnt call back & now I have to try to find a new car insurance. Thought state farm was there for you their a bunch of liars!

I would 100% recommend Shannon. She is excellent and respectful, always providing exceptional customer service, always looking for the best option, and has a thorough understanding of her work. If I were to rate her today, I'd give her 50 stars. For me, she is the epitome of excellence in everything. Thank you very much, Shannon.

The service and respond was very fast. Frances took care of the needs that I was looking to be able to add insurance to my vehicle. I highly recommend State Farm.

Frances was awesome, I needed a revision on a document at the last minute for a closing and she had it to me within 2 hours, staying after normal business hours to complete it. Excellent customer service!
