Ron Caccese - State Farm Insurance Agent

Ron was my State Farm agent and was always available to help. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decisions in purchasing my insurance policies. He is very responsive in the office and by phone, and is friendly and professional.

Michelle and Ron are very rude and nasty people. They’ve both hung up the phone on me multiple times due to me wanting to question my policy. It’s almost as if they took it personally. I would not recommend them at all. If you’re sticking with State Fame find a new office. Ron told me that “it doesn’t matter even if you file a complaint, these calls at my office are not recorded”. As if that gives him the right to totally disregard my concerns and be rude about it. Whenever I followed up something they said with a question, they’d answer very sarcastically and defensively as if asking questions for clarity isnt a normal thing. They seem bothered by anything that isn’t “yes” and “okay”. As if I’m the professional and am supposed to already know everything. They are totally arrogant and unpr

I have done business with Ron in the past, left on my own will because I wanted to shop around. The rest of my family always went through him though and from what I’ve seen over the last 3 years; Ron and his agents, have gone above and beyond to help my mom, dad, and brother through out the years. And although I may not have been a customer, it certainly has not gone un-noticed on the type of man Ron is and how he holds true to the State Farm moto... “like a good neighbor, State Farm (Ron) is there !” Thank you !

Michelle is extremely rude over the phone. I will not be choosing state farm for my car insurance due to her unprofessional snarky remarks about my situation, nor will I recommend this office to anyone.

Ron is a great guy and gives excellent service. I highly recommend them.
