We have been clients of Roger Keith for our Homeowners and Auto Insurance for the last 24-25 years. Dorine Charamba has been assigned to our account for many years... and I'd like to say that she is why we keep coming back. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and portrays that she cares- which I know she does. She has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with. I called her about my HO Ins renewal that I just got yesterday. When I called her today, she said "I was just looking at your policy and was going to call you." She gave me a quick analysis, asked a few questions and said "Don't pay the bill yet until I see if we have some better options". I called her back with a few additional pieces of information. After being with another company for YEARS, (it's always a difficult choice to switch providers - in any type of business - after retaining somebody's services for that long) I decided to request a quote on a policy, from Roger Kieth & Sons, as they had been recommended to me with very high regard.
