I have been with Roger Fernando Insurance for about 20 years. This office is amazing. From the moment I walk into the office, I’m greeted warmly by every team member, and Will especially makes me feel like a valued client and friend. I cannot say enough good things about Will. He remembers my name and even details about my life, something I find truly impressive given how many people he must work with. Will is incredibly kind, personable, and professional. He is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is always ready to help me work through any questions or concerns I have. His genuine care and attentiveness set him apart. He truly goes above and beyond in every interaction. It is rare to find someone so knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful in this line of work. I am so grateful

My experience with State Farm insurance and Will Fernando in specific has been stellar. As a new California resident it was necessary for me to acquire new home owners and auto insurance as well as additional insurance coverage which will be expiring soon. Will was extremely helpful in providing guidance in selecting the correct auto insurance plan which would be close to the one I had in Maryland as well as recommending home owners insurance which I had no idea could be a challenge in California given the history of natural disasters which I was unaccustomed to coming from the east coast. I would highly recommend using Will for your insurance needs as he is extremely helpful and reliably responds to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.

After a recent "disaster " in our home, Maureen Burton of Roger Fernando's office called to find out what had happened. She then checked in daily until things were in motion with movers and demolition people. She acted as a go-between with our claims adjuster when we were having trouble getting answers. Maureen has gone above and beyond to support us and to let us know that she and her office have our backs.
