Roger Downey's office has always provided excellence customer service. Been with State Farm for a long time. They have always been great. No complaints.

I have always received excellent customer service from Laticia in the Roger Downey State Farm office. Especially with my latest insurance renewal. I was looking to make adjustments to my policies to reduce the premiums. Laticia made some suggestions, I spent time with her on various policy changes and resulting impact of the premiums She was very patient and understanding. We finally settled on a set of adjustments and premiums. State Farm beat out the other insurance companies I was using for comparison. The State Farm website did not seem to have the latest updates, but she was able to email me the info I needed. 5 stars to Laticia.

I have been a State farm customer for decades. I want to be very clear that the ONLY reason I am still a State Farm customer is because of the service I have received from Laticia over the years. She is awesome. She always responds promptly to my inquiries or questions. I honestly cannot say enough about the service she has provided. It is very rare these days to receive this level of service. Each time I reach out to her, I am happy to find out she is still there and I really hope that you are taking very good care of her. She deserves it!!
