Roger has been our insurance agent for years and has always taken excellent care of us. This was a minor storm damage to the gutters on our house, not even close to reaching the deductible. I was having trouble finding a company that was willing to do a repair. They all wanted to replace all the gutters, not just the damaged corner. Roger knew just who to call. Don't know why I didn't call him in the first place.
This place is not honerable for any stars however to make a statement you do. Attwmpts to talk down to you., gets lound because your releat self to get an understanding and rudetoday. Ill tell anyone to go to his office attitude stunk...
Roger wasn't very friendly when I called. Used to dealing with Melinda. Going to switch to Troy office.
Melinda was a complete joy to work with, and made a very stressful move 1000 times easier. THANK YOU!
