Excellent customer service! I was looking for a quote for business insurance and Jeffrey took the time to find me a good deal! He saved me a lot of money and the hassle of running around trying to get a quote from other companies. Recently he got me a good price on commercial auto insurance too! Horrible customer service!! Walked in and was talking to a young lady who works there trying to resolve my issue that I was having and as I was having a conversation with her a rude gentlemen came from the back room and rudely interrupted and inserted himself in the conversation. The young gentleman kept raising his voice to try and intimidate me. Another young lady had to call him out so he would stop arguing and yelling. My issue was never solved. This isn’t the first time, I’ve seen this young gentlemen rudely interrupt other conversations. Definitely don’t recommend, always trying to scam you and lie to you over the phone.

The rudest people ever. For two years I've been paying for my insurance never had a problem till now. So I call to get information and from the beginning I'm getting yelled at No to professional at all.

Ana was amazing! She helped my mom find car insurance and my mom loved that she could help her over text message instead of being on the phone for hours waiting to be connected to someone. My mom is stress free now because of how seamless the process was! Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone we know.
